Teams at Robinhood

Own compensation analytics, systems, and program execution for base pay and variable programs. Build models, run benchmarking, maintain trackers/dashboards, administer merit/promotions, improve tooling and automation, support M&A integration, and partner with People, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.

Support Employee Relations operations by assisting with investigations, case management, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Help prepare training materials, manage severance and accommodation logistics, monitor ER inbox, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Provide advanced customer support for options and margin issues, resolve escalations, develop subject-matter expertise in derivatives, collaborate with Product/Compliance/Engineering, contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements, and support Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3.
