Own Growth Finance reporting, performance management, financial modeling, and investment analyses for marketing and growth initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate ROI, payback, customer and asset growth, and resource allocation. Modernize finance processes through automation and AI, develop leadership reporting, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Analyze short-term staffing performance across a 1–90-day horizon. Identify forecast variances, performance gaps, and operational inefficiencies; develop reports and models; recommend staffing adjustments; support real-time planning during critical events; and improve workforce planning processes through automation and scalable decision-making.

Provides advanced customer support for options, margin, and event-contract trading issues. Resolves escalated concerns, de-escalates customers, analyzes trends, contributes to knowledge bases and training, and collaborates with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience and platform functionality. Requires active Series 7 and 63 licenses, with Series 3 required within 120 days. The role includes overnight remote shifts after onboarding and supports active traders.
