Conduct independent neuroscience research on synaptic degeneration in Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body dementia. Perform experiments with human iPSC-derived neurons, mouse models, primary cultures, and SH-SY5Y cells using molecular, cellular, imaging, and neurochemical techniques. Mentor students, publish findings, contribute to research proposals, and develop new research directions under PI guidance.

Full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy faculty member responsible for teaching didactic, laboratory, and clinical coursework; developing and improving curriculum; advising and mentoring students; maintaining an active research and scholarship agenda; participating in admissions, service, accreditation compliance, assessment, and faculty development. The role emphasizes neurologic physical therapy, neuroscience, interprofessional education, collaboration, and student-centered learning.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for graduate and continuing medical education programs. Supports ACGME and ACCME accreditation, program administration, evaluation, compliance, budgeting, communications, and continuous improvement. Coordinates residency, fellowship, and CME activities with faculty, trainees, clinical affiliates, and university leaders. Assists with program development, partnerships, marketing, reporting, and educational outcomes while contributing to teaching, scholarship, service, and faculty responsibilities.
