Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; partner with hiring managers; maintain ATS records; extend offers; report recruiting metrics; and represent the employer at career events while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Provide primary onsite IT support: handle tickets via SolarWinds Service Desk, troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, Teams phones, and basic networking, support Dynamics 365 Sales CRM (including Experlogix CPQ), configure new hires' hardware/software, maintain asset inventory, and collaborate with remote IT staff for escalations and standards enforcement.

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule. Verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, support Project Accounting and Operations, maintain documentation, track invoice status, assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements to support Accounts Receivable and cash flow.
