Provides educational programs for residents and staff focused on disease prevention, management, and overall wellness.

Provides human resources support for a senior living community, including payroll updates, leave administration, employee benefits assistance, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, orientation, training records, certification renewals, and compliance documentation. Partners with community leadership and regional HR to support policies, employee entitlements, and workplace requirements.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, overseeing psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, and transitions of care. Collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community teams while addressing behavioral, emotional, financial, and discharge-related needs.
