Lead recruiter responsible for sourcing and screening junior-to-mid IT candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches and ATS; conduct initial interviews, manage pipelines, post jobs, coordinate with hiring managers, track hiring metrics, support employer branding and onboard 20–30 hires quarterly while maintaining US hiring compliance.

Lead evaluation and selection of CPQ platforms; define CPQ strategy and end-to-end solution architecture. Run discovery workshops, create comparison reports and decision matrices, design integration and implementation roadmaps, and provide architecture governance and delivery support across CRM, ERP, commerce, and pricing systems.
