Supports IBM mainframe migration projects by converting ISV products to IBM products, understanding conversion processes, installing and deploying migration tools, troubleshooting IBM products, and implementing required REXX code changes. The role requires z/OS system programming knowledge, DB2 and IMS administration experience, familiarity with IBM and third-party tools, customer requirements analysis, and collaboration with various customer organizations.

Architect and implement Linux migration solutions on IBM zSystems and LinuxONE. Deploy and administer Linux environments, including installation, maintenance, storage, networking, and Fiber Channel. Provide client-facing requirements analysis, technical documentation, presentations, executive communications, troubleshooting, and debugging. Lead technical teams, manage service engagements, collaborate with IBM development organizations, and apply strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Run technical demos, webinars, and POCs for eCommerce or Data Science/AI practices; own demo environments end-to-end, engage buyers from Director to CTO, convert technical conversations into pipeline, and collaborate with delivery teams to inform pitches and implementations.
