Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for indoor racing and entertainment venues. Manage digital and social media campaigns, promotions, events, budgets, vendors, and agency relationships to increase guest traffic, revenue, brand awareness, group events, memberships, and repeat visitation. Analyze campaign performance, optimize results, support on-site events, and collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams.

Ensure safe, engaging guest experiences on the go-kart track and attractions. Assist with race operations, kart staging, and guest instructions; monitor activity, enforce safety procedures, maintain clean and organized attraction areas, and provide energetic customer service. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, team-oriented entertainment environment.
