Supports enterprise proposal pursuits by preparing, coordinating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, compliant, brand-aligned proposal materials. Responsibilities include developing messaging, updating CRM and SharePoint records, ensuring accurate content and graphics, supporting quality control, collaborating with growth and pursuit teams, and contributing to training, content enhancements, and pursuit-related initiatives.

Oversee global daily cash management, liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, banking activities, payments, short-term investments, borrowing, and bank relationships. Manage treasury accounting, general ledger entries, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and financial close support. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to improve cash visibility, optimize working capital, and maintain accurate financial records. Support treasury systems, ERP platforms, bank connectivity, and payment technology improvements.

Performs IT audits and regulatory remediation validation for AML and Financial Crimes technology environments at a global bank. Evaluates IT general, application, security, data, and change-management controls; tests remediation activities; validates models; reviews technical documentation and data flows; identifies control gaps; and prepares audit conclusions and recommendations.
