As a Consulting Services Intern, you will assist clients with ERP implementations and business process improvements, engage in consulting projects, and develop critical skills in a professional environment.

Perform financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings analyses for M&A transactions. Analyze accounting policies, earnings quality, working capital, and forecasts; engage executives and stakeholders; prepare customized diligence reports; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage multiple engagements and supervise and coach junior staff.

Lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions, perform Quality of Earnings analyses, assess accounting policies and working capital, prepare diligence reports, engage with executive teams and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage multiple engagements, and support business development to grow the transaction advisory practice.
