Support day-to-day operations and marketing for a ministry-focused staffing firm: assist search consultants, create and proof documents, manage job postings, social media, email campaigns, website/content updates, coordinate vendors, track project timelines, and provide administrative support to leadership.

Lead and oversee all production teams, systems, and weekend environments across multiple campuses.
