The role requires quota-carrying sales experience, cold-calling expertise, CRM proficiency, reliable transportation, and residence in an approved target market.

Leads complex, cross-functional business operations and strategy initiatives from concept through measurable execution. Responsibilities include analytical modeling, SQL-based analysis, operational planning, performance measurement, mechanism design, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and independent project ownership. The role drives strategic projects, launches initiatives, and improves scalable business processes in a remote-first mental healthcare company.

Supports the healthcare compliance program through stakeholder advisory work, independent investigations, compliance reviews, audits, monitoring, and policy governance. Interprets HIPAA, CMS, OIG, and other federal and state healthcare regulations, translating requirements into practical business guidance. Collaborates with Legal and business teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, strengthen program implementation, and improve reporting and operational processes.
