Provide coast-to-coast support for independent hardware and paint stores across Rundoos ERP: troubleshoot POS, inventory sync, accounting reconciliation, and reporting; perform spreadsheet-based data analysis; escalate and document bugs with Engineering; maintain SLAs and contribute to knowledge base and training resources.

Generate leads and qualify prospects through outreach efforts, conduct sales development activities, and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.

As an Implementation Manager, you'll oversee the client onboarding process, build relationships, collaborate with teams, and ensure smooth implementation of Rundoo software.
