As an Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales process, focusing on outbound sales, lead generation, and building relationships with customers in the Chicago area, with frequent travel to meet clients.

Provide coast-to-coast support for independent hardware and paint stores across Rundoos ERP: troubleshoot POS, inventory sync, accounting reconciliation, and reporting; perform spreadsheet-based data analysis; escalate and document bugs with Engineering; maintain SLAs and contribute to knowledge base and training resources.

Generate leads and qualify prospects through outreach efforts, conduct sales development activities, and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
