Develop architectural concepts, space plans, renderings, technical drawings, material specifications, and code-compliant designs. Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders; present proposals, incorporate feedback, conduct site analysis, obtain permits, and oversee design implementation during construction. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while applying sustainable design principles and current architectural practices.

Supports construction project accounting, monthly draws, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP compliance. Partners with project managers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support collections, analyze financial information, and communicate results to leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree, accounting experience, proficiency with Excel and accounting systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects. Manage documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals, conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety, track costs and billings, and support client communication to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Lead large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, risk, and quality. Serve as primary client contact; coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee estimating, constructability reviews, change orders, and financial performance. Ensure compliance, mentor project teams, run meetings, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout: manage schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, documentation, safety compliance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and drive projects to meet quality and client expectations.

Design and engineer full HVAC systems for healthcare and commercial facilities. Perform site assessments, develop HVAC layouts and 3D Revit/piping models, research mechanical codes, ensure compliance, and manage multiple projects across design phases.
