Serve as primary client contact; coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee estimating, constructability reviews, change orders, and financial performance. Ensure compliance, mentor project teams, run meetings, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Design and engineer full HVAC systems for healthcare and commercial facilities. Perform site assessments, develop HVAC layouts and 3D Revit/piping models, research mechanical codes, ensure compliance, and manage multiple projects across design phases.
