Assist project teams on construction projects while learning budgets, cost accounting, contracts, change orders, job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety. Support site activities, paperwork, and cost/schedule tracking while gaining practical construction management experience.

Lead business development and client relationships for Real Estate Management and Building Services across regions. Drive revenue, negotiate and close management agreements, create quotes/scopes, support portfolio and leasing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/coach staff to meet financial and client-satisfaction goals.
