Support project management and site operations: manage RFIs, shop drawings, vendor/subcontractor coordination, punchlists, permits, schedules, procurement, cost control, billings, and quality/safety processes.

Lead business development and client relationships for Real Estate Management and Building Services across regions. Drive revenue, negotiate and close management agreements, create quotes/scopes, support portfolio and leasing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/coach staff to meet financial and client-satisfaction goals.
