Manage day-to-day operations of assigned group captive insurance programs, own client and broker relationships, prepare board materials and financial reports, drive renewals and business development, monitor risk and performance metrics, coordinate with underwriting/claims/compliance, and mentor junior staff to support strategic captive leadership.

Lead pricing strategy and actuarial processes for specialty insurance portfolios. Develop and enhance pricing methodologies, models, and rating algorithms. Partner with underwriting, product, and executive teams to price large and complex accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend corrective actions. Use data analysis and predictive analytics to inform product design, delegated authority programs, and strategic planning. Provide leadership to actuarial teams and communicate pricing insights to stakeholders.

Lead complex business systems initiatives for Premium Accounting: gather and translate requirements, own functional design through SDLC, drive UAT, analyze data/flows, apply AI tools to improve automation and efficiency, advise stakeholders, and mentor analysts.
