Manage customer relationships, coordinate with maintenance, rental and sales, oversee PM scheduling and technician planning, control running costs, and support customer satisfaction. Requires relocation after program completion.

12-week Hiring Our Heroes fellowship providing hands-on supply chain operations experience. Fellows manage account operations including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, safety, team performance, and reporting. Duties include supervising salaried and hourly staff, collaborating with senior management and customers, analyzing financial statements, and leading safety and security meetings and training.

Lead distribution center operations and supervisors, interface with customers, drive strategic operational planning, implement continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, hire and develop staff, manage performance and safety programs, and may oversee profit and loss for assigned accounts.

Provide technical and customer support for downstream fueling facilities: troubleshoot and repair fueling systems, manage work orders and compliance, approve repair quotes, support capital projects, develop SOPs/BMPs, monitor KPIs, and communicate with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities for the ChoiceLease product line. Consolidate and analyze financial data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce ad-hoc reports, present results to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations to support planning and decision-making.

Lead startup deployments for Dedicated Transportation Solutions, training drivers and managers, ensuring operational consistency, creating processes, answering management-level questions, and supporting system testing and design. Requires extensive travel and temporary on-site assignment during startup periods.
