Lead financial analysis, planning, and reporting for assigned segments. Manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and forecasts. Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales, present results to leadership, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and perform audits to ensure controls.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Lead FP&A analysis and reporting for assigned segments and region: manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, forecasting, cross-functional coordination, audits, and mentoring junior staff.
