Lead and manage a team of CI engineers across multiple customer sites to drive Lean-driven process improvements, analytics, automation, and QMS activities. Own strategy, KPI scorecards, Kaizen events, training, and sustained operational performance improvements across distribution, warehousing, and transportation operations.

Drive new-account sales for Ryders FMS contractual products using Salesforce and multi-channel outreach (digital, tele, direct mail, in-person). Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas, prepare proposals, handle CRM and Seismic tasks, coordinate transitions with account teams, perform admin tasks (ratesheets, vehicle specs), and continuously develop sales skills and industry knowledge. Position is based at a Ryder location and includes ground travel, commissions, and benefits.

The Business Engagement Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies to acquire new clients, utilizing various outreach methods, managing CRM tasks, and improving sales skills while adhering to the Ryder Sales Process.
