Owner of a defined agency territory responsible for prospecting, pipeline development, and closing revenue through agency relationships. Build multi-threaded relationships across agency functions, represent RZR at industry events, maintain CRM and forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally to onboard and scale accounts using sales intelligence and market insights.

Manage day-to-day operations of four owned data centers and a global InfraOps team. Own capacity planning, hardware lifecycle, vendor/budget management, incident response, and runbook/alert hygiene. Oversee core stack (Linux fleet, FreeIPA, Ansible/Salt, MAAS, Zabbix), spine-leaf networking, and stateful data tiers (Aerospike/Kafka/ClickHouse/HDFS) under strict low-latency SLAs. Partner with security/compliance and run cloud-vs-colo evaluations.

Drive revenue retention and account growth across a portfolio of advertising clients. Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, managing forecasts and pipelines, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, fostering product adoption, delivering data-driven campaign insights, leading QBRs, and coordinating Analyst, AdOps, Product, and Creative teams to resolve issues and achieve client outcomes.
