Hands-on, onsite summer internship supporting warehouse safety programs and Workers' Compensation. Duties include facility assessments, inspections, policy and training material development, basic claims administration and data tracking, collaborating on safety initiatives, and producing tangible deliverables under safety leadership guidance.

Manage and grow strategic and mid‑tier promotional‑products accounts. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, deliver client presentations, maintain CRM forecasting, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Manage and grow assigned Maryland territory accounts through in-person sales calls, prospecting, account planning, product presentations, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as a strategic partner to Outside Sales to manage territory accounts through phone, email, and digital channels. Build relationships, identify upsell and new revenue using data-driven insights, maintain CRM and reporting, support merchandising, pricing and web/EDI solutions, resolve issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Oversee ERP and TMS inputs and reporting, carrier relationships, freight execution (parcel, LTL, truckload), KPI tracking, cost and service analysis, 3PL coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to improve transportation performance and reduce costs.

Manage assigned eastern-territory accounts remotely by supporting Outside Sales, conducting proactive outreach, maintaining CRM and sales funnels, developing pricing and merchandising strategies, resolving customer issues, leveraging data to identify growth, and coordinating cross-functional resources to drive revenue and customer retention.

Design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET web applications and RESTful APIs for a high‑transaction eCommerce platform. Improve performance, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and UX teams on new features and integrations.

Responsible for month-end journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, maintaining accounting records, supporting audits, implementing controls and process improvements, and assisting with technical accounting and special projects for corporate/central functions.

Evaluate salary data, job descriptions, and market trends to develop and administer competitive compensation programs. Conduct benchmarking, job evaluations, participate in salary planning, support bonus design and FLSA reviews, prepare management reports, ensure compliance, and streamline processes via ADP and other systems while partnering with HR and hiring managers.

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and an agile engineering team for eCommerce products: define and prioritize backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead agile ceremonies, support releases and UAT, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and help maintain product roadmaps to deliver measurable customer and business value.

Provide high-quality application support: triage, diagnose, and resolve application issues; manage ticket queue; monitor performance; debug and escalate to engineering with reproducible steps; maintain documentation and knowledge base; communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure excellent end-user experience.

Lead commercial and marketing analytics for North America: define analytics vision, manage a small team, build Power BI dashboards, govern KPIs, support sales and marketing measurement, partner cross-functionally to drive data-driven commercial decisions and optimize go-to-market performance.

Drive territory revenue through field sales, account development, and new business acquisition. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and merchandising; collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams; manage reporting, sales funnel, and trade show representation. Requires frequent travel and use of a personal vehicle.
