Leads front office and guest services operations for a luxury hotel. Supervises staff, oversees check-in and checkout, manages cash handling, reservations, guest transportation, schedules, training, inventory, safety procedures, and complaint resolution. Ensures consistent service standards, coordinates with valet and transportation providers, supports employee performance management, and maintains a welcoming, efficient guest experience.

Supports the hotel Group Sales team by responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports, coordinating contracted group and wedding business, maintaining accurate client records, and communicating event details across hotel departments. Provides account service, conducts walk-in tours, assists with client events and sales activities, follows up on customer needs, and helps ensure groups and meetings are executed successfully.
