The Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst evaluates catastrophe models, analyzes large datasets, conducts claims analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve risk assessment and management strategies.

Support workforce planning, org design, performance management, employee relations, engagement, recruiting/onboarding, DEIB initiatives, and people analytics while collaborating with the broader People team to drive culture and retention.

The Manager of Ceded Reinsurance will lead reinsurance placements, manage capital strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize risk transfer.

Develop and maintain operational BI dashboards and ETL workflows in Domo and Redshift, analyze claims data, validate datasets, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and mentor other analysts.

Lead Actuarial Analyst responsible for driving actuarial analyses, pricing, reserving, and catastrophe modeling. Collaborates with underwriting and partners, mentors analysts, develops and validates models, and presents insights to stakeholders to support profitable underwriting decisions.
