The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting, billing, financial operations, resident and vendor financial matters, and department support for a senior living community. The role coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional partners, resolves billing and account issues, supports prospective residents with financial qualification and onboarding, and ensures accurate reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and operational continuity.

Provides front-desk coverage at an independent living and rehabilitation community. Greets residents, visitors, and staff; manages calls, visitors, deliveries, packages, and communication records; monitors emergency and security systems; coordinates responses; maintains logs and administrative records; and provides clerical support. Requires flexible PRN availability, strong multitasking, receptionist or office administration experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Leads occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect management, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, and outreach. Supervises marketing staff, collaborates with community and corporate leadership, tracks sales metrics in Salesforce, presents reports, and ensures compliant, ethical sales practices. The role builds relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare providers, financial planners, attorneys, and local organizations while driving awareness and move-ins.
