Serve meals and provide customer service to residents in a fast-paced dining environment. Build positive customer relationships, multitask with limited supervision, and work flexible AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role requires reliable transportation and completion of background, drug, physical, and vaccination-related requirements.

Provides daily nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation residents, including administering medications, responding to calls, transferring residents, and maintaining positive resident and staff interactions. The role requires an Illinois-licensed Registered Nurse with skilled-care experience and supports PM and overnight shifts.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, hiring manager partnership, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Assists with benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS administration, retention initiatives, employee events, and special projects. Represents the organization at recruiting events and develops strategies to attract and retain qualified employees.
