Leads enterprise transformation initiatives, portfolio governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional programs. Partners with executives to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, resolve roadblocks, track KPIs, and maintain accountability. Creates governance reviews, dashboards, and reporting while supporting organizational change, AI adoption, AI governance frameworks, and AI Centers of Excellence.

Drive new enterprise sales of SAI360 governance, risk, and compliance software, focusing on financial services accounts. Manage consultative sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, primarily for large SaaS deals. Build executive relationships, deliver presentations, support RFPs, maintain Salesforce pipeline forecasts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate pre-sales, implementation, product, services, and support teams. The role is remote-first with approximately 10%–50% travel.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers from contract handoff through implementation, launch, adoption, and transition to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, manage risks and dependencies, define success criteria, communicate with customers and stakeholders, track onboarding health in Salesforce and Smartsheet, and improve onboarding processes and time-to-value.
