Develops and manages B2B client relationships, prospects new logistics customers, and grows revenue within an assigned territory. Proposes transportation solutions, negotiates contracts, closes sales, and builds retention plans. Collaborates with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, presents proposals, maintains CRM records, and monitors market and competitor trends. The role requires frequent customer-site and event travel, a valid driver’s license, and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Supervises terminal dock operations, including freight sorting, handling, loading, and unloading. Directs and evaluates dockworkers, conducts safety and regulatory inspections, provides training and coaching, reviews operational reports, and recommends efficiency improvements. Ensures compliance with company policies, DOT standards, safety procedures, and equipment requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
