Leads a software engineering team responsible for designing, developing, operating, and reliably delivering core cloud-scale SailPoint products. Apply AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to improve test development, maintenance, analysis, and engineering efficiency. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor engineers, measure framework outcomes, and support highly distributed SaaS systems using cloud, microservices, containers, and CI/CD technologies.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling SailPoint identity security solutions, exceeding revenue quotas, developing territory and account plans, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting accurately, and coordinating virtual teams of partners, presales, marketing, professional services, and customer success. The role requires competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, customer and partner engagement, pipeline development, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and approximately 50% business travel.
