Leads overall store performance, operations, sales growth, client experience, staffing, payroll, recruiting, and HR execution. Oversees and develops the management team and associates, manages P&L and controllable expenses, drives luxury service standards, and partners with regional leadership on sales and client strategies. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-performance retail environment while maintaining brand standards, operational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Provides luxury handbag sales and styling services to in-store and digital clients. Builds client relationships, demonstrates fashion and brand expertise, uses digital selling tools and omnichannel inventory, conducts outreach, and achieves personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals. The role requires customer-centric service, collaboration, flexible scheduling, fashion retail and commission sales experience, technology proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Cultivate client relationships through elevated in-store and digital selling. Provide styling, fashion, and brand expertise; use technology, social media, omnichannel inventory, and outreach to drive sales. Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with colleagues. The role is onsite, requires a flexible schedule, and reports to the Sales Manager.
