Lead mechanical system design for new, renovated, and addition projects across commercial, data center, healthcare, and academic facilities. Produce HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, drawings, specifications, code compliance, construction administration, QA/QC, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Mentor junior staff, manage projects and client relationships, and support business development.

The Electrical Project Manager will manage electrical engineering projects, coordinate teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models (LOD 200/300/350) to support design documentation, clash detection, and construction deliverables. Produce Revit drawings, support architects and engineers, maintain BIM content and standards, and participate in digital delivery and process improvement initiatives across multidisciplinary projects.
