Leads organizational change initiatives for data center operations, developing and maintaining error elimination procedures, client communications, reporting, and change-tracking processes. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to ensure changes are documented, communicated, compliant, and successfully implemented. The role also supports technical communications, quality control, continuous improvement, process automation, customer satisfaction reporting, and procedure lifecycle management across critical data center systems.

Own budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, financial reporting, project costing, and margin analysis. Lead finance transformation by consolidating systems, designing controls and procedures, and building scalable reporting frameworks. Manage financial relationships for assigned clients, support project engagements, and partner with operations and senior leadership on business decisions and growth initiatives.

Leads the enterprise federal compliance program for data center operations and government engagements. Oversees regulatory and contractual compliance, cybersecurity and physical security requirements, federal capture assessments, proposal reviews, go/no-go decisions, audits, risk management, corrective actions, and customer engagements. Advises executives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and builds organizational capabilities supporting FAR, DFARS, CMMC, NIST, CUI, and other federal requirements.
