Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and content engagement. Research prospects, nurture sales opportunities, schedule qualified meetings, meet pipeline and quota targets, and track activity in Salesforce. Partner with marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback while maintaining product and competitive knowledge.

Owns the full lifecycle of an assigned GIS product or business system, including discovery, strategy, roadmap recommendations, backlog prioritization, requirements, delivery partnership, user acceptance testing, release readiness, adoption, and outcome measurement. Translates business needs between stakeholders and technical teams, makes day-to-day product decisions, manages dependencies and trade-offs, and recommends roadmap investments within established strategic and architectural guidelines.

Design, build, and maintain Airflow-based automation pipelines and services to move files, run scheduled FTP jobs, validate and modify data, monitor application health, parse logs/emails, implement robust error handling and observability, and integrate API-driven systems to reduce manual operational work.
