Own the full sales cycle for Samsara’s IoT solutions among mid-market public-sector customers. Responsibilities include executive relationship development, prospecting, qualification, solution-based selling, complex pricing negotiations, proof-of-concept management, forecasting, and closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $250,000. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires travel for onsite meetings up to twice per quarter.

Build and maintain production LLM-based agents and automated digital customer success journeys. Analyze customer behavior, design playbooks and agent architectures, write Python integrations, create evaluation and regression tests, deploy and monitor production systems, and continuously improve performance. The role partners cross-functionally to increase product adoption, reduce churn risk, and improve retention and expansion across a high-volume B2B SaaS customer base.

Design and develop customer and partner learning experiences across online, video, audio, in-app, live, and certification formats. Own the curriculum for a Samsara product area, translate complex software concepts into effective instruction, create assessments, collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improve instructional processes through AI-assisted tools and iterative development.

Architect and own marketing data infrastructure, including Databricks pipelines, Gold Layer tables, semantic models, and ETL/ELT workflows. Build trusted data products for analytics, automation, and AI agents; translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions; lead cross-team initiatives; ensure reliability and data quality; mentor engineers and analysts; and develop, evaluate, and monitor production LLM and agent systems using Python and SQL.

Manage strategic relationships with enterprise fleet customers using Samsara’s IoT platform. The role requires enterprise SaaS experience, technical product knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and strategic problem-solving.

The role facilitates live sessions, manages logistics, answers platform questions, analyzes engagement data, identifies customer knowledge gaps, and collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams to improve educational programming. It also adapts training materials to product updates, supports advanced adoption, and promotes consistent learning outcomes across industries.

Manage enterprise customer relationships by developing multi-year success plans, leading executive business reviews, conducting workshops, driving adoption and expansion, and translating Samsara’s IoT platform capabilities into measurable safety, efficiency, and sustainability outcomes. Design, deliver, and scale cohort-based and webinar training for Samsara customers. Create and adapt learning materials, manage live session logistics, analyze engagement data, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to close knowledge gaps and improve adoption.

Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain production LLM-based agentic solutions for Commercial Customer Success. Integrate agents with CRMs and Samsara systems, define evaluation frameworks and success metrics, implement automated tests and monitoring, iterate on models and prompts, and demonstrate impact on customer outcomes and retention.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations between Samsara and customer systems. Own architecture, implementation, mentorship, cross-functional coordination, troubleshooting, automation, and customer-facing technical enablement for complex B2B integrations.

The role involves developing web, mobile, API, and platform capabilities; integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG; evaluating AI quality; and improving reliability, scalability, and operational health. The engineer collaborates with Product, Design, ML, and platform teams while owning features from concept through production.

Owns the global procure-to-pay function across procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier onboarding, payments, controls, and financial close. Establishes governance, KPIs, SLAs, SOX compliance, supplier risk standards, payment integrity, and automation initiatives. The role manages vendor relationships, working capital optimization, executive reporting, stakeholder satisfaction, and a distributed team.
