As a Tree Climber, you'll perform tree care tasks like climbing and pruning, operate equipment safely, and provide excellent client service.

Provide sales and office support: outbound calling, lead generation, proposal creation, scheduling, customer service, payment processing, database and file administration, and general administrative support for Sales Arborists.

Lead enterprise field operations and transformation to drive profitable growth, standardization, and continuous improvement across service lines. Own P&L performance, workforce and capacity planning, scheduling and routing optimization, KPI governance, and large-scale change initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to deploy SOPs, technical standards, and operational analytics while ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer experience.
