As a Tree Climber, you'll perform tree care tasks like climbing and pruning, operate equipment safely, and provide excellent client service.

Responds to inbound calls and web inquiries, conducts consultative discovery, addresses objections, documents customer needs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and schedules appointments for Sales Arborists. The role also handles outbound follow-up, confirmations, and rescheduling while meeting speed-to-lead, appointment-setting, call quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Success requires professional communication, accurate documentation, multitasking, coachability, and resilience in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Lead enterprise field operations and transformation to drive profitable growth, standardization, and continuous improvement across service lines. Own P&L performance, workforce and capacity planning, scheduling and routing optimization, KPI governance, and large-scale change initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to deploy SOPs, technical standards, and operational analytics while ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer experience.
