Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS cloud services. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, design and implement backend systems, optimize performance and cost, write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot distributed services, and evaluate new technologies. The role also includes mentoring developers, collaborating with product management, supporting offshore teams, and ensuring accessibility, security, and coding standards.

Owns end-to-end proposal development, including RFP analysis, response planning, team coordination, writing guidance, deadline management, client Q&A, final revisions, presentations, and Best and Final Offers. Leads cross-functional proposal teams, ensures requirements and win themes are addressed, manages sensitive information, and drives process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, business judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to produce compelling, sales-oriented proposals under tight deadlines.

Supports education sales across California and Hawaii by presenting K-12 literacy solutions, conducting product activations and professional learning workshops, building relationships with district decision-makers, and partnering with sales, product, and marketing teams. The role contributes to revenue targets, gathers customer feedback, maintains product expertise, and ensures customer satisfaction. It requires extensive territory travel, on-site customer meetings, and strong knowledge of K-12 literacy and educational technology.
