Delivers customer service to internal and external clients, builds and maintains client relationships, educates customers on products, services, and industry trends, and supports customer loyalty. Researches and analyzes issues, proactively resolves problems, tracks and reports activities, identifies business-building opportunities, and manages day-to-day client operations while collaborating with representatives.

Plans, coordinates, and executes promotional events and trade shows. Manages event strategy, staffing, timelines, expenses, display setup and breakdown, and communications. Supports team development and advises management on marketing strategies while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

Supports product marketing strategies and campaign execution by monitoring campaigns, developing briefs, translating consumer and trend insights into opportunities, presenting ideas, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing campaign information flow and projects.
