Leads root-cause analysis, corrective actions, new product introduction, documentation, ISO 9001 compliance, employee development, scheduling, and cross-functional escalation plans.

Manage projects after contract signing as primary customer contact: coordinate stakeholders and engineering disciplines, ensure technical/quality standards, control budgets and schedules, generate IMS for visibility, run customer status meetings, and own project profitability.
