Lead local fundraising for the Chicago campus, developing and executing strategic fundraising plans, writing grants and proposals, cultivating and stewarding donors and Advisory Board members, preparing reports and collateral, coordinating site visits, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with campus and national teams to meet revenue and enrollment goals.

Manage end-to-end multi-state regulatory compliance projects including licensure, VA and ETPL status, renewals, and audits. Perform regulatory research, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, map processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, interface with state agencies, and lead compliance documentation and training efforts.

Lead internal communications strategy and manage internal channels; write and edit external communications; prepare leaders for media and speaking engagements; support conference and media relations; translate complex workforce, AI, and policy topics; drive integrated communications campaigns and protect brand reputation.
