Support strategic alliance initiatives by gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, performing systems and gap analysis, process mapping, and driving system improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Compliance, and IT, maintain project documentation and status reports, present updates to leadership, and recommend process and integration improvements.

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-based data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, model data for warehousing in AWS Redshift, and tune performance. Troubleshoot production issues and work with Python and SQL to process large-scale distributed data. Prior domain experience in e-commerce, airlines, transportation, or logistics is desirable.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specs, create user stories and process maps, manage product backlogs, support Salesforce implementation and optimization, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with developers and QA in Agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
