Develop and manage long-term capital programs, annual capex and 10-year plans, scopes, budgets, vendor management, inspections, compliance, and reporting to maximize revenue, control expenses and improve resident satisfaction.

Builds and manages CRO programs (A/B and multivariate testing), analyzes user behavior and funnels, implements tests with developers, monitors KPIs, and reports findings. Uses analytics and session tools to identify conversion barriers, collaborates with marketing/SEO/sales, and maintains testing documentation and roadmaps.
