Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and full development lifecycle for Scion Intelligence, a proprietary decision science platform. Translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize features, define KPIs, and partner with engineering, analytics, design, operations, and executives to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, data-driven prioritization, quality control, product performance evaluation, and ensuring data integrity, security, and governance.

Manage multi-state payroll, employee benefits, HRIS administration, open enrollment, vendor relationships, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. Lead UKG enhancements, maintain employee data integrity, develop workforce analytics, and coach the HR operations team. The role partners with Finance and supports accurate, timely administration across payroll and total rewards programs.

Lead and oversee capital development and capital management team across a property portfolio. Develop and manage long-term capital programs, annual capex and 10-year plans, scopes, budgets, vendor management, inspections, compliance, and reporting to maximize revenue, control expenses and improve resident satisfaction.
