Drive F2P systems, monetization, live ops, and cross-functional pods; set priorities, evaluate opportunities, integrate emerging tech (including generative AI), and shape product culture from concept through live operations.

Lead design, implementation, and operations of global compensation programs. Partner with senior leaders and HR to benchmark, analyze market data, build dashboards, drive automation, ensure pay equity, and manage annual compensation cycles and related projects across geographies.

Lead live-ops strategy and execution for a AAA mobile live-service game: plan events and communications, run iteration loops, define KPIs, analyze performance, build live-ops tool requirements, partner with roadmap/marketing/engineering, and mentor Live Ops Managers to drive engagement and retention.
