Conduct merchant research, define requirements, prioritize releases, partner with engineering, coordinate launches, measure adoption, and shape AI features with appropriate evaluation and human oversight. Support scalable multi-tenant workflows involving roles, permissions, approvals, audit trails, and multiple locations.

Own the Android POS experience for beverage alcohol retailers, from research and problem framing through shipped design and iteration. Conduct user research with cashiers and store staff, design checkout and operational workflows, collaborate with product managers and engineers, extend the design system, and contribute to web and back-office experiences. The role requires strong product, interaction, visual, and systems design skills, plus comfort with hardware constraints, ambiguity, and AI-assisted workflows.
