Serve as escalations lead resolving complex customer issues, mentor Tier 1 agents, coordinate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Aftersales, identify root causes, improve processes and knowledge base, and advocate for exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and coach frontline Tier 2 Customer Solutions teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Set expectations, monitor KPIs and feedback, remove friction, and translate company priorities into team execution. Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues, support hiring and onboarding, and travel regularly to Scout locations to reinforce culture and operations.

Own roadmap and strategy for identity and access management and resource management platform products. Define unified identity models, access controls, provisioning, and auditing across systems and vehicles. Partner with security, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and adoption for internal teams, partners, and fleet use cases.
