Supports accounts receivable operations by tracking and reconciling invoices, investigating discrepancies, processing payments, coordinating credits and rebills, and assisting with collections. Communicates with customers to resolve outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and address disputes. Maintains accurate customer records in NetSuite and collaborates with Finance, Billing, Cash Application, Order Entry, and Controllership teams. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, basic analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.
