Entry-level role to adjust medical-only and minor lost-time workers' compensation claims under supervision. Process claims, determine compensability and benefits, maintain documentation and reserves, communicate with claimants, clients and medical contacts, and support senior claims staff.

Adjudicate low-level workers' compensation claims: determine compensability and benefits, monitor reserves, develop action plans, approve payments, handle subrogation and settlements, maintain documentation and client communication, and support return-to-work and medical claim processes.

Calculate and recover employee benefit overpayments for disability and workers' compensation claims; perform manual calculations, coordinate recoveries, refer to collections, maintain quality control, conduct file reviews, and provide payroll administration for external payments.

Lead regional claims operations, ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, staffing, training, budget and P&L management for multiple offices. Oversee performance, implement policies, support sales coordination, and develop staff including succession planning for 100-299 colleagues.

Review and establish FMLA and paid leave claims; determine eligibility and benefits per client plans and regulations; calculate and process payments/adjustments; communicate with claimants and clients; maintain documentation and service standards.

Lead regional operations to drive profitable growth through client acquisition and retention, implement annual business plans, manage talent and financial controls, oversee property & casualty staff, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, hire and develop colleagues, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Travel as required.
