Negotiate and facilitate claimant return-to-work and accommodations within disability guidelines; assess work restrictions, coordinate with employers, providers and claimants, document activity, and support transition from medical case management to job placement.

Lead regional operations to drive profitable growth through client acquisition and retention, implement annual business plans, manage talent and financial controls, oversee property & casualty staff, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, hire and develop colleagues, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Travel as required.

Review and establish FMLA and paid leave claims; determine eligibility and benefits per client plans and regulations; calculate and process payments/adjustments; communicate with claimants and clients; maintain documentation and service standards.
