Provides administrative and operational support by answering phones, entering information, maintaining resident files, assisting with apartment leasing, processing rent payments, and supporting residents and coworkers. May substitute as a van driver when needed.

Provides Tier 1 telecommunications and IT support through phone and service desk channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, phone systems, internet, Wi-Fi, and voice services; manages user accounts and system access; documents tickets, time, resolutions, and system changes; coordinates with vendors and carriers; supports hardware swaps, onboarding, community transitions, and telecommunications projects while meeting SLAs.

Provides direct nursing care to assisted living residents, administers medications, assesses needs, documents care, responds to emergencies, and coordinates care plans. Supervises CNAs and HHAs, assigns resident care duties, ensures proper meals and activities, maintains records, supports staff orientation, and promotes a safe therapeutic environment.
