Support senior analyst with financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), underwriting, due diligence, and market research for senior living acquisitions and developments. Prepare investment memoranda and investor/debt materials, monitor portfolio asset performance, assist asset management budgeting, and support capital raising. Travel for site diligence ~10%.

Lead community sales and marketing to meet leasing and move-in goals by conducting tours, following up with leads, creating outreach events, managing referrals, using CRM and sales tools, and coordinating with leadership to execute marketing plans while maintaining resident relationships and regulatory compliance.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including answering phones, data entry, assisting with leasing, maintaining resident files, processing rent payments, and serving as substitute van driver when needed.
