Lead onsite sales and marketing to achieve leasing and move-in goals for independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Conduct tours, follow up with leads, develop outreach and events, maintain referrals and waitlist, collaborate with leadership, manage CRM and sales tools, and ensure regulatory and community standards are met.

Oversee day-to-day operations of skilled nursing/senior housing communities, act as onsite executive when needed, manage budgets, occupancy, revenue, hiring, staff training, resident relations, billing, payroll, accounts payable, petty cash, and compliance with licenses and policies.

Lead community sales and marketing for senior living: conduct tours, follow up leads, plan outreach/events, build referral relationships, achieve budgeted move-ins, maintain CRM and waitlist, report sales activity, ensure regulatory compliance and resident transition coordination.
