Support new product development and process improvement by executing lab experiments and process trials, preparing media and reagents, performing routine analytical testing (e.g., HPLC, spectrophotometry, microscopy), documenting results, analyzing data, managing inventory, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Ensure Sensient products comply with regional and international food regulations for color systems. Maintain technical documentation, provide regulatory guidance to internal teams and external customers, support transitions to natural colors, build stakeholder relationships, and manage assigned projects.

Create and match innovative flavors for global customers, provide technical support, participate in sensory panels, teach and potentially lead flavorist training, mentor flavorists, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage flavor creation teams as needed.

Lead the S&OP process to align demand, inventory, production, and financial goals. Facilitate demand/supply planning, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and service, maintain planning tools and metrics, support procurement visibility, new product launches, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
