Leads Sensient’s global Business Intelligence practice and data strategy. Oversees BI, data warehousing, enterprise reporting, IT infrastructure, and reporting capabilities. Analyzes KPIs, identifies root causes, coaches site teams on planning and ERP processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Requires extensive manufacturing supply chain experience, strong analytical and systems skills, stakeholder influence, and 40–50% international travel.

Own and grow a U.S. sales territory for sweet and beverage flavors, managing strategic global B2B accounts in the specialty chemicals industry. Build executive relationships, win new business, influence regional account teams, and partner with customers on innovative product development projects. This home-office role covers the Northeast region and requires 60–70% travel.
